Coaching Packages
I have put together several coaching packages for you. Each one can be adapted to your individual needs in terms of content and methodology once we have established the basic direction you want to take.
The coaching process
We start by getting to know each other. A meeting in which we determine whether and how we want to work together. Respect, equality, trust, sympathy, openness and understanding are the basic conditions for our coaching and efficient sparring.
Then it’s your turn to define your goal and work towards it. Discovering your potential, skills and talents can help you achieve it. We find out where your reserves lie that you may not yet be aware of and how you can use them. I use methods such as changing perspectives, emotion work, reframing, relationship work, values work, personality and strength tests and lead you to new insights at many points. This usually generates new approaches.
My resonance space, which I share with you, is filled with acceptance, humour, sincerity, life, work and leadership experience, hope, trust, optimism and confidence.

About me
My more than 30 years as a business professional and media maker summarised:
Two-time company founder and management partner in the media industry, dozens of employees, hundreds of film projects, a burnout and a national German television award, lots of joy, excitement, challenges, failure and success.
Since 2023: certified systemic-holistic business and personal coach.
All of this taken together is the background to my coaching for people who are looking to build a foundation for decision-making.
Now in a little more detail:
As a teenager, my dream job was to be an investigative journalist. The dream came true in 1992. I lived it successfully for 30 years, in many different roles: Founder, managing director, shareholder, producer, format developer, director and author.
My skills and talents helped me here: recognising conflicts, addressing them, my instinct for the right questions at the right moment, my fundamental interest in people, their development, their stories and processes. As a journalist, I used these skills to uncover grievances and encourage solutions.
After my burnout in 2008, I continued to work in my former dream job. I slowly realised that uncovering misery alone wasn’t making me happy.
As an investigative journalist, I went through the world with open eyes and ears. I listened to people, observed, was curious and I tried not to be judgmental. This basic attitude led me to the causes of problems, just as my job and I demanded of myself.
However, it can also lead to finding solutions if you take a different approach.
Allowing myself to rewrite my own story took a while. The process required me to realise that it was time to change my attitude and perspective and work on solutions. I decided to train as a systemic-holistic coach. I am satisfied and happy with my new profession, I feel freer, lighter and even more inspired.
I regularly seek the support of colleagues to make sure that I am still on my path.
My experience is that it is possible to embrace change and take control of your life, rewrite your own story and be happier and more content.
