And at some point realized that this alone isn’t enough. They feel they’re not being seen, heard, or recognized.
Not because they lack substance. But because silence doesn’t get heard.

The point is: You’re not wrong, even though you often feel that way. You just don’t fit the classic image of leadership.

The coaching process
It doesn’t start with a programme. It starts with a conversation where we find out together whether and how we want to work with each other. No pressure, no expectations.
Respect, eye level, and trust are not methods for me. They’re the prerequisite.
The question someone brings to me is rarely the real one. We work towards what’s really underneath. What you already bring with you – including what you can’t yet see yourself. And what the next step is that truly belongs to you.
I don’t work without methods, but methods are tools. My programme is people. Where it helps, I use the ID37 Life Motives Analysis, values work, and strengths analysis.
What I also bring: over 30 years as an investigative journalist. And the skills I sharpened along the way: asking the right questions in difficult situations. Noticing what’s being said. And what isn’t. Asking further where others stop.
My core belief: You already carry what you’re looking for. I help you find it.
About me
The crucial information is rarely in the first answer. Most of the time it comes when the space is large enough for it to emerge.
That’s what I learned as an investigative journalist. For over 30 years I researched, questioned and listened for ARD and ZDF. I learned to notice what people say – and what they mean. What they show – and what they hide.
I founded a company, built it as CEO, and eventually sold it. I know what it feels like to stand alone at the top. To make decisions that affect others. And to be alone with the consequences at night.
In 2022 I began my coaching training. Not because I needed something new. But because I understood what I had been doing all along.
Giving structure. Asking questions, even uncomfortable ones. Listening until the answer emerges.
I am a certified coach (ICF ACC), ID37 Master and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I work with people who carry more than others see. And who are ready to take a closer look.
My vision
A world where people don’t just drift, but live consciously and self-determined. Especially those who lead quietly. In harmony with themselves. In contact with their environment.
My mission
Silent Leadership is not a weakness. It’s a strength that hasn’t become visible yet. I help leaders change exactly that. Not by getting louder. But by getting clearer: about who they are, what they want, what they do, and how they lead.
